The apartments are expected to be completed in October 2026 and will be available for rent from that time onward. Viewings are expected to be possible from June 2026.
A laundry room is available for washing and drying your laundry and can be used for a small fee. The machines can be conveniently booked via the “Mein Mietwasch” app, with contactless payment by PayPal or credit card.

Yes, the minimum rental period for our apartments is 12 months.
