In our large, fully digital laundry room on the ground floor, there are three washing machines and two tumble dryers available for you to use for a small fee.
It’s really easy to use via the ‘Mein Mietwasch’ app. You can use this app to book the machines and pay contactlessly via PayPal or credit card. The app provides information on machine availability, the duration of the wash/dry cycle and how to use the machines correctly.
Bicycle parking
We offer accommodation not just for you, but for your bike too.
There is a large storage room for bikes inside the building, and we have plenty of bike parking spaces next to the building. Your bike will always be safe and well parked here.
Car parking spaces and Car-Sharing
For cars, there is the option to rent an outdoor parking space or a carport space – including charging points for your electric car.
Even without your own car, you can stay mobile: a car-sharing vehicle from an external provider is available on our premises and can be booked conveniently and flexibly via an app.

To apply for a flat, you will need the following documents: a tenant self-declaration, an identity card or passport, proof of income, and a Schufa credit report.
