WOHNEN AM PERLBACH offers 64 modern apartments, divided into four different types: Maisonette, Studio, Comfort and Duo. Each type has its own distinct character, unique floor plans and different fittings – perfectly tailored to a variety of living needs.

Our apartments are expected to be ready for occupancy by October 2026. However, you can contact us now to register your interest in an apartment, with no obligation.
From June 2026 onwards, you will also be able to arrange a viewing appointment with us.

Bicycle parking spaces
At “Wohnen am Perlbach”, there are two large, lockable bicycle storage rooms with modern duplex racks available to you. There are also handy outdoor spaces where you can securely park your bike for short periods.

Car parking spaces
You can choose from 42 carport spaces and 35 outdoor parking spaces, both of which are available for flexible, optional rental.

Car-sharing

A car-sharing vehicle from an external provider is located directly on our premises and can be booked flexibly via an app.

At the “Wohnen am Perlbach” residential complex, there are 4 electric charging points available on-site.
Use is restricted to the respective tenant of the parking space.
The electricity required is sustainably generated by the on-site photovoltaic system – so you can charge your vehicle in an environmentally friendly way, directly from your own energy production.

If you lose your keys or chips, you must inform the landlord immediately, whereupon a replacement will be provided at the tenant’s expense. Additional keys may only be obtained with the landlord’s consent and must be returned upon moving out. The costs for replacement keys/chips are set out in the contract, and keys must not be permanently handed over to persons not living in the property. Further information can be found in your tenancy agreement under § 26.
Where can I do my laundry?

A laundry room is available for washing and drying your laundry. You can use it for a small fee. You can conveniently book the machines via the “Mein Mietwasch” app and pay contactlessly via PayPal or credit card.
