How can I rent an apartment?

Our apartments are expected to be ready for occupancy by October 2026. However, you are welcome to contact us now to register your interest in an apartment, with no obligation.
From around June 2026, viewings can also be arranged by appointment.

What types of apartments are available, and what facilities do they offer?

WOHNEN AM PERLBACH offers 64 modern apartments across four distinct apartment types: Maisonette, Studio, Comfort and Duo. Each type has its own unique character, individual floor plans and a range of furnishing options, perfectly suited to different living needs.
All apartments are fully furnished, with the exception of the Duo apartments, which are partially furnished.

Are pets allowed?
Small pets are generally permitted.
No consent required (permitted):
The keeping of typical small pets in enclosed containers (e.g. budgerigars, ornamental fish, hamsters or guinea pigs) is permitted without prior approval, provided that the animals do not pose a risk or cause disturbance.
Subject to approval:
The keeping of dogs, cats or exotic animals requires prior written notification and our written consent. Each request is reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis, taking into account the interests of all residents.
When can permission be refused or revoked?
Permission may be refused or withdrawn if the animal disturbs the peace of the building (e.g. through persistent barking), causes a nuisance to neighbours, damages the property, or poses a potential danger.
Important information:
Any permission granted applies only to the specific animal approved and expires if the animal is rehomed or dies. As the pet owner, you are liable for any damage caused by your animal within the apartment or the building in accordance with Section 833 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
